Three small romantic ports in the town. Everything clean. Neighborhood but not too close to a giant hotel and resort facility. Food everywhere, prices low, traditional, european, streetfood etc. Small town, everything is reachable by foot. Many small super markets in town, bigger ones at the town limits. I would prefer a hotel or room not directly in the town center, because of my age. But for younger people it is ideal!

Marmaras is a gorgeous little town. It has numerous restorants, coffe shops, gift shops, etc. The town is very narrow and because of it, it is a bit difficult for walking but it has its natural charm.Gajic - 10Scored 10

Beautiful, peaceful seaside village with restaurants bar and small shops open. Hearing the sound of the sea from the balcony was so amazing. The room was great for a 2 night stay, hostess was welcoming warm and friendly & took great care of us during our stay. The room was stylish, clean and modern with just enough facilities for a short stay. Everything working perfectly well and the place felt calm and relaxing. Lots of lovely bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. Not much public transport, but a fun train around town in the evening. A hilly area so not suitable for those with mobility problems. If you stay in the centre, the two closest beaches are a good 15-20 mins walk

Neos Marmaras was a really nice surprise for us.
Neos Marmaras was a really nice surprise for us. The city center is really great, you have a lot of places for shopping, really good tavernas/restaurants and it's a good place where you can relax after a day at the beach. The distance to the most popular beaches in Sithonia is between 30 mins - 1hour, so if you don't mind this, it's a great choice to have in mind for Sithonia.

The room was overlooking the sea, the beach was just nearby and with crystal clear waters. The location was perfect to explore Sithonia. We received excellent recommendations from Eleni (our hospitable and helpful host) which beaches and restaurants are worth visiting. And last but not least, the room was cleaned every day, the sheets and towels were changed with clean as well. Thank you!

Owners were helpful and easy to communicate with. There is a supermarket 2 minutes from accomodation. All of the beautiful beaches are in the radius of 30 km from Neos Marmaras so it is a great place to stay in Sithonia. Would highly recommend Kaplanis house for visitors, you will not be disappointed 😊

Exeptionaly nice, welcoming and ready to help with everything you need. She gave us fruit for the beach and we even got a parting gift. The room was lovely. Very clean, with the greatest view in the world. The housekeeping tidied up the room every day and we got new towels every second day. All the restaurants are right next to the hotel and there is a supermarket 2 min away.

Nice balcony with sea and village view. And once more, it was very clean everywhere in the hotel, not just in thw rooms. Free parking area in the port is very close to the hotel. There is daily cleaning and the room was clean and comfy. Bathroom was good enough. Andreas is a great host, he is friendly and also helpful to guests. We would stay here again.
